He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Huybrecht Zimonick and George Renier (Doris); and his former wife Ada. He is survived by: his wife Bette; his children, Todd Renier (Melissa Bowen), Lisa Hicks (Greg) and Michelle Renier; his stepchildren, Chris, Tim, Sally and Bryan; his grandchildren, Cassie, Alex Renier, Brittany Patton (Ryan), Craig Hicks, Sarah Shuda (Dayne) and Rebecca Hicks; his brother Tom Renier (Jacquie Jaaskelainen); and his great grandchildren, Norah Lou, Holly, Audrey, Adalyn, Allyson, Madison and Grayson.
