He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hendricks; his children, Mark Patterson, Terry Carlson (Rick) and Sue Brenwall (Mike); his grandchildren, Sam (Megan), Nick Patterson, Lindsay Merckx (Justin), Ally Carlson, Derek (Hannah) and Brett Brenwall; his great grandchild Everett; and his siblings, James Patterson and Joan Giles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
