He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Thurlow; his sons, Lance and Lenny; his grandchildren, Alixia and Austin; his siblings, Pat Mackinze (Jim), David Hendricks (Mary), Sharon Konitzer (Mike), Debbie Zoeller (Will) and Kathy Hendricks; his siblings-in-law, Maryanne Conard (Dick), Gary Thurlow (Sue), Larry Thurlow and Roy Paider; and also Tricia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his little dog.
