He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Charvat and Beatrice Anastasia Charvat (Duben). He is survived by: his wife Sharie Sievert; his children, Alex Charvat (Cori), Audrey Bauman, Nathan Sievert (Amy), Heather Sievert and Joel Sievert (Corrin); his grandchildren, Kate, Sara, Jena Charvat, Nick Bauman, Samuel, Olivia, Makenzie Sievert, Zachary (Ashley), Issac Sievert and Tristan Sievert; and his great grandchild Savanna Sievert.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
