She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert and Bessie (Eldon). She is survived by: her husband Eldon Riggs; and her daughters, Shirran Rabenhorst (Richard), Ruth Ann Voelz (Ken) and Elizabeth Ahlgren (Eino). She is also survived by four grandchildren and their spouses and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations are appreciated in which the family will support organizations Kay held dear to her heart including Oneida UMC, Memorial United Church (Bonavista), and Carrington Assisted Living.
