He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Sr. Kazik and Elsie Kazik (Smith); his wife Karen Charles; his son Kevin; his siblings, Eileen, Joseph, Elizabeth, Timothy, Anthony and Melvin; his son-in-law William "Bill"; and his great grandchild Lyle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jo Krahn, Christine Kazik and Theresa Roskom (Rick); his grandchildren, Barry (Gina), Rachel (Kevin), Eric (Misti), Joey (Nicole), Paul, Misty (Joe), Tiffany (Andy) and Shannon (Stephanie); and his siblings, Eugene, Elaine, Evelyn, Ellen, Edwin, Ellie, Earl, Betty, Angie, Pat, Joanie, Jan, Nancy and Charlie. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, spouses; Karen's family and numerous nieces and nephews.
