He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Wielgus; his parents, Edward Wielgus and Charlotte Wielgus; his parents-in-law, Jack and Maxine Ashford; his son Timothy Wielgus; and his cousin Jerry Kawula.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Wielgus, David Wielgus, Daniel Wielgus (Christina) and Carrie Wielgus.
