He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Smith and Ione Smith (Buswell); and his brother Roderic. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, William Smith (Judy Price), Janice Enli (Eric) and Steven Smith (Linda); and his grandchildren, Phillip, Zachary Smith, Michala, Jacob Enli, Matthew and Meghan Smith.
