She was predeceased by: her mother Herminia "Helen" Guerra Borges; her great-nephew Tyler Butler; and her parents-in-law, Harold Ripley Entwistle and Lillian "Bun Bun" Entwistle. She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her daughter Taylor Helene Entwistle; her sister Patricia Fales (Borges); her siblings-in-law, Diane Ruth Entwistle Johnston and Stephen Johnston; her niece Amy Butler; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Brianna, Lily and Logan; her nieces and nephews, Joshua, Laurel Johnston, Jennifer, Jereme Harlan, Matthew Johnston, Naomi and James Stevens; her friend Janis Chapman; her close friends, Debbie, David Macedo, Steve, Suzi Martin, Dean and Stacey Kolze; and also Joseph.
