He was predeceased by: his grandfather Tom Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his grandparent Jovan; his mother Tracy Stank; his brother Jovan Webb; his grandmother Sandy Stank; his stepfather John Webb; and his godparents, Ronnie VanDenHeuvel and Heidi Skaleski. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Devon chose to give the gift of life to others through organ donation.
