She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Van Den Berg of Van's Valley and John Van Den Berg, Sr.; her brother Craig Van Den Berg; her parents-in-law, Mildred Van Hoof and Clarence Van Hoof; her stepmother-in-law Mable Van Hoof; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Middleton, Ronald Van Hoof and Gordy Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Van Hoof; her child Cheyenne Van Hoof (April); her grandchildren, Aiden Huss, Nova Van Hoof and Cherokee Anderson (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Bailey Pahl (Dustin), Rayna Stauff (Wyatt Handschke), Trevor Anderson (Aubrey Van), Gracie Anderson (Kaden Stanelle), Tinatin Davitashvili of Tbilisi, Georgia, Chase Van Hoof (Heather) and Monica Sanchez Hernandez of Barcelona, Spain; her siblings, John Van Den (Cindy), Lia Murphy (Joe), Shelly Bastien (George), Quin Van Den (Cheryl), Scott Van Den (Connie), Shawn Vanden Heuvel (Larry) and Eliane Golcman of Brazil; and also, Oliver Van De Hey, Colby and Dawson Van Hoof.
