He is survived by: his daughter Kara Vandenbush (Jim Vieau); and his siblings, Becky Longsine (Tim Boes), Pam Moore (Alan Moore), Perry Vandenbush and Will Vandenbush. He is also survived by Nephews, Nieces, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many Friends.
