He is survived by: his wife Janice (Rogers); his children, Sharon Sannes (Gordon), Bruce Van Horn (Jane), Wendy Duerr (Allen), Lisa Perrizo and Brian Van Horn; his sister Sue Wachs (Jon); his sister-in-law Vickie Van Horn; and his goddaughters, Jenny Whitefield and Sara Osawe.
