It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Flora of De Pere, Wisconsin, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Flora and Geneva Flora (Salyer); his parents-in-law, John William and Lois Jones; his brother Chuck Flora; and his brother-in-law Tom Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jones; his children, Scott Flora (Toni), Nicole Haese (Cory) and Renee Williams (Eric); his grandchildren, Kayleen, Marshall, Zac, Luke, Sam, Jonathan, Preston, Bennett and Isabella; and his in-laws, Mary Ann Nelson, Chuck, Linda Jones, Barb Jones and Mike Peczynski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

“so sad and shocked. He was the best next door neighbor I had for 22 years and he would always mow my lawn and shovel my driveway . his new lawnmower was like a toy he was so proud of. He was always outside cutting hedges and gardening and always so pleasant and kind. HE loved helping people and being neighborly beyond compare IT was always a joy to see him and chat and he would say something to brighten peoples'days. I will miss him . there is big void on Ontario street now . He was an icon”
