He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Koltz and Florence Koltz; his parents-in-law, Ken Naniot and Gloria Bethke; his grandson Mitchell Koltz; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Koltz, Esther Koltz, Dave Carter and Wesley Naniot; and his nephews, Jason Novitski and Justin Ramey.
