He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bertrand and Vivian Bertrand (Pivonka); and his siblings-in-law, Donald, Patricia Bruyere, Wayne Butt and Mike Monnier.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Bruyere); his children, Carrie (Brian) and Michael Bertrand; his grandson Leo; his siblings, Barb Janssen (Ken), Nancy, Dale Schmidt, Judy Dvorak (Mike) and Joe Bertrand; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Monnier, Robin Butt and Green Bay.
