He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Willems and Elizabeth Willems (Mooren); his daughter Tara; his sister Mary Manders; and his brother-in-law Bob Marquis.
He is survived by: his son Andrew (Brenda Matz); his granddaughter Charlie Willems; and his siblings, Robert Willems (Karen), Rose Marquis, Gerald Willems (MaryAnn), Jane Van Den (Robert), Michael Willems (Julie), Paul Willems (Carol), Ruth Bildings (Mark) and Henry Willems (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established for Dale.
