He is survived by: his son Cody Perock (Kasi); his mother Anita Perock (Marvin); his siblings, Laurie Dolan (Jim), Dawn LaCosse (Ron) and Shelly Byrnes (Todd); his parents-in-law, Katie Hamilton (Tony), Barb Peters and Kip Kolb (Kae); his cousin Jason Miller; and his close friends, Mike, Betsy Vincent, Russell and Patty DelMarcelle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins.
