He was predeceased by: his aunt Barb Forsyth; and his grandparents, Willard "Brownie", Gene Brown and RuthAnn Siolka. He is survived by: his parents, Michael "Mick" Siolka and Teresa "Terri" Siolka (Brown); his wife Amy Siolka; his daughter Hannah Siolka; his sister Lindsay Siolka; his pet Abby; his aunts and uncles, Nancy Koeller (John), Allan Brown, Carey Forsyth, Cherie Schultz (Tim), Chuck Siolka (Marcy), Julie Harland (Doug) and Scott Siolka (Justine); his in-laws, Ashley Schowalter (Scott Kraus), Courtney Schowalter, Ryan Schowalter (Kaitlyn), Dustin Schowalter (Hallie Halmakoff), Aaron Schowalter (Kayla), Brittni Schowalter (Steven Provost) and Michele Kohnhorst (Delos); his nieces and nephews, Ryler, Zyker, Bryer, Brayden, Aubree, Olivia, Kameron, Karsyn, Kailor and Hayes; and his father-in-law Richard Schowalter. He is also survived by other relatives, cousins, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (324 S Andrews St, Shawano, WI 54166).
