He is survived by: his siblings, William (Tracy) and Christine Hoffman (Rob); his children, Jason Hoffman (Tiffany), Jeremy Hoffman, Britnay Hoffman, Angel Hoffman, Austin Hoffman, Amber Hoffman, Ashley Hoffman and Samantha Hoffman; his grandchildren, Alesana Wolf, Zachary Hoffman and Jasper Hoffman; his girlfriend Nichole Mashl; his son Jake Mashl; and his grandchild Elrik Rogers. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
