It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Zawacki (De Pere, Wisconsin), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph West and Sophie West (Zepka); her sister Marianne West of Wayne, NJ; her parents-in-law, Chester Zawacki and Josephine Zawacki; and her sister-in-law Laura Halatin (Pete).
She is survived by: her siblings, Lorraine Daniels (Marc) of Lansdale, PA, Linda Bramhall (Tom) of Toms River, NJ and Ralph West (Kim) of Clifton, NJ.; her husband Henry; her children, Tracey Mommaerts (Pete) of Suamico, WI, Michael Zawacki (Patti) of Green Bay, WI and Melissa Richter (Steve) of De Pere, WI.; her friends, Carolyn, Henry and Debbie; her grandchildren, Brock Holtschlag (Lily), Kasheah Greenlee (Jalen), Bayli Jahnke (Zachary), Olivia, Jada and Ava; and her pet Louie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
