She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine Jacobe Sr. (Marrick) and William Jacobe Sr.; her sister Paula Jacobe; and her close friend Ken Scray. She is survived by: her great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan, Emily, Raelyn and Matthew; her siblings, William Jacobe Jr. (Suzanne Harper) and Lynn Schadrie (Don); her nieces, Lisa Sharapata (David), Michelle Mader (Todd), Crystal Jacobe and Katie Jacobe; her nephew Douglas Jacobe (Shawna); and her caregivers, Sharon, Ingrid, Ann, Ida and Carol.
