Annette Melchert Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annette Melchert (De Pere, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 15, 2018 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Pat Moore (Stanley), Kenneth Jr. Cornelius (Darlene), Barbara J. Cornelius, Alan B. Cornelius (Elaine) and Cheryl A. Cornelius; her husband Herman J. Melchert; her parents, Kenneth Cornelius and Elaine Cornelius; and her siblings, Harvey, Sylvia, Karen, Geraldine, Darlene and Pamela.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Laurie, John, Milton, Charlotte and Loretta. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Any food donation can be brought to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints-Oneida Ward, Monday, April 23, 2018 after 9:0 AM.
