She is survived by: her daughter Laura De Bauche of Lawrenceville, GA; her grandson Tyriek; her siblings, Laurie Pankow (Dean), Sandra Zullner (Mark), Howard DeCleene (Geralynn) and Theresa Alexander (Tom); her nieces and nephews, Ben Pankow (Kirsten), Andrew Pankow (Amy), Linda Stollfus (Zach), Mark Hazaert (Jennifer), Susan Fitzl, Rachel Hazaert (Tommi Vatanen), Matthew DeCleene (Katie), Christopher DeCleene (Hang), Kathryn DeCleene, Preston Alexander, Leslea Cahill (Nathan), Stacey Webber (James) and Spencer Alexander (Franchesca); her sisters-in-law, Sandra Nielsen of Hillside, IL, Cheryl Kalishek and Cynthia Clark of Las Vegas, NV.; her friend Jodi Spencer; her parents, Aloysious Cleene and Joann De Cleene; and her brother-in-law Richard Hazaert.
