She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry VanHulst and Cecilia VanHulst; her husband Richard Hazaert; her sons, Richard Allen Hazaert and Dennis Wayne Hazaert; her son-in-law Adrian Mansbridge; her sisters, Florence Morrison (Wally) and Evelyn Rausch (Bob); and her siblings-in-law, Melvin Hazaert, Joyce Beaudry and Maryann Stein.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Traeger (Louis), Barbara Alger (Dale), Dan Hazaert (Pam), Karen Pozza (Tom), Don Hazaert (Renee Lezotte) and Carol Rogan (Dave); and her granddaughters, Kathy Mansbridge and Melissa Allen (RN). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
