She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ernie Falk, Harold Falk and Raymond Falk. She is survived by: her husband Bob Phillips of De Pere, WI; her sons, Kevin Phillips (Lynn), Keith Phillips (Lisa) and Kent Phillips; her siblings, Carolyn Arcand, William Falk and Allen Falk (Maureen); her grandchildren, Brenda Owens, Jennifer Wheeler (Bradley), Robert C. Phillips, Savannah Phillips and Ryan Phillips; her great grandchild Della Wheeler; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Falk and Priscilla Falk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
