He is survived by: his wife Lana Konitzer; his sons, Cory (Dawn) and Jesse Geurts (Danielle); his grandchildren, Owen, Aaron, Madeline, Kristen, Cassandra and Lincoln; his siblings, Lois VanderHeiden (Dick), Ken (Debbie), Andy (Debbie), Sara Heesaker (John), Kay Geurts, Mary Hurst (Service) and Roy (Linda); and his sister-in-law Sharon Geurts. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
