It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Day (De Forest, Wisconsin), born in Keewatin, Minnesota, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jura Vranesh and Misa Vranesh; her husband John Day; and her great grandchild Alex Duffey. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Spiro (Steven), Sally Day (Richard Kelnhofer) and Debbie Day (David Thieman); her grandchildren, Jaala Spiro (Michael Callahan), Jacob Spiro (Krista) and Madeleine Duffey (David); her great grandchildren, Corrina, Steve Callahan, Nicholas Duffey, Kai and Zoe Spiro; and her sister Dorothy Mock. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
