We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ruthellen B. Phillips (De Forest, Wisconsin), born in Schenectady, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard R. Brainard and Beatrice Brainard (Holston); her husband Richard E. Phillips; her daughters, Ellen Warsaw (Craig) and Sarah Pundt (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Beth Warsaw (Michael Bradley), Brian Warsaw, Jackson Pundt (Alissa Nemmers) and Anna Pundt; and her siblings, Richard H. (Susan), Betsy (John Meier) and Susan L. Brainard. She was also cherished by four nieces, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society and JDRF.
