It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Louis Hoard (De Forest, Wisconsin), born in Flora, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Malvern Richard Hoard and Hazel Bowles Hoard; his children, Cindy (Jim), Debora (Tom), Rich (Angie) and Trish (Michael); his wife Sandy; his grandchildren, Sandra, John (Katrina), Ronan, Kate (Rob), Georgia, Rachel and Rebekah; his great grandchild Nick; his brother Stephen Hoard (Jody); and also Fernando (Denise).
