It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Hart (De Forest, Wisconsin), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ted Baines and Betty Baines; her husband Richard Hart; her sisters, Donna Kelley and Shirley Teteak; and her sister-in-law Ruth Van Tassel. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid, no public service will be held at this time.
