He is survived by: his children, Susan and Chris (Kelly); his grandchildren, Evelyn Charlotte and Henry William; his siblings, Rose Ford and Henry "Rusty" (Sue); and his sister-in-law Karen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The National Park Foundation.
