Kolasinski; her children, Mike Kolasinski (Dor), Pam Hirsch, Ed Kolasinski (Dale), Nanciann, Doug Kolasinski (Renee Ansbro) and John Kolasinski (Jamie); her sister Geraldine Karz; her grandchildren, Cori Kolasinski, Rachel Hern (Cody), Molly Hirsch, Hannah Hirsch, Larissa Kolasinski, Andie Kolasinski, Kerry (Tara) and Kyle; and her great grandchild Klaus.
