He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Johnson and Mary Johnson (Cavanaugh); his siblings, Barbara Hendrickson (Dean) and Sheldon Johnson; and his cousin Jackie Cavanaugh Polite (Greg).
He is survived by: his children, Denise McCoy (Shawn) of Dodgeville, WI, Donald Johnson (Jenna Bocklund) of Argyle, Daniel Johnson of Darlington, Duane Johnson (Jessica Kohl) of Argyle and Diane Johnson of Argyle; his grandchildren, Katelyn McCoy, Chandler Johnson and Phoenix Johnson; his great grandchild Aspen Piefer; and his siblings, Keith Johnson (Kay) of Hollandale, Janice Boley (Ron) of Dodgeville, Jean Sauer (Vern) of Hollandale and Shirley Johnson of Blanchardville, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
