He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Johnson and Mary Johnson (Cavanaugh); his sister Barbara Hendrickson (Dean); and his cousin Jackie Cavanaugh Polite. He is survived by: his son Marc Johnson (Emily Dodge) of Brodhead, WI; his grandson Cullen Johnson; and his siblings, Keith Johnson (Kay) of Hollandale, Steve Johnson of Argyle, Janice Boley (Ron) of Dodgeville, WI, Jean Sauer (Vern) of Hollandale and Shirley Johnson of Blanchardville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
