It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert H. Howard of Darlington, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Howard and Myrtle Howard (Bennett); and his brother Paul Howard. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Dammen (Clayton) of Darlington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
