He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowe and Mildred Rowe (Christenson); his siblings, Donald Rowe, Marion Rear and Leone O'Brien; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Rowe, Marjorie Rowe, Harriet Rowe, Maurice Rear and James O'Brien.

He is survived by: his brothers, James Rowe of Oregon, WI and Jerry Rowe of Darlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
