He was predeceased by: his daughter Michele Lauren Christen. He is survived by: his children, Matthew (Amy), Michael (Nora) and Erik; his grandchild Anna of Emilie; and his siblings, Ross (Lynn), Gail and Lori. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
