He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Helm and Monica Helm (Haase); his son Jeremy Keith Helm; and his brother Vincent Lawrence Helm. He is survived by: his pet Molly; his significant other Cheryl Burris; his daughters, Lynn Severson (Matt) of Reedsburg, Robin Kiry (Kirk) of Dodgeville, Jaclin Staley (Josh) of Hatfield and Paula Perrin of Platteville; his sister Mary Kay Leahy (Dick) of Belmont; and his grandchildren, Alek Severson, Olivia Severson, Isabel Severson, Kam Kiry, Keihin Kiry, Elsie Staley and Audrey Staley.
