He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Fenner and Lucille Fenner (Pletzer); and his brothers, Wayne Fenner and Leonard Fenner. He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Fenner (Pam) of Darlington, Helen Rhodes (Jerry) of Belmont, WI and Muz Aebersold (Ed) of Platteville, WI; his sister-in-law Dee Fenner of Platteville; and his aunt Alner Pletzer of Spring Green, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
