He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Quirk and Lillian Quirk (Prohaska); and his siblings, Robert Quirk (Melva), Lillian Stabell and Joyce Quirk.

He is survived by: his daughter Jenny Quirk (Randy) of Darlington; his wife Barb Schilling; and his siblings, James "Jimmy" Quirk (Betty) of Sebring, FL and Shirley Paige of Stoughton, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

For those who prefer, a memorial fund has been established in Jerry's name.
