We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2021, at the age of 85, Evelyn Loughan (Darlington, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Bernie" Loughan; her nephew Mark Garner; her parents, Gustave Perman and Lydia Perman; and her siblings, Otto Perman (Grace), Ray Perman (Delores), Augie Perman (Katherine), Hank Perman (Beverly) and Adeline Garner (Tony).
She is survived by: her great-nieces and great-nephews, Laura, Al Coulthard, Josh and Mary Garner (Kennedy). She is also survived by children, and many many nieces, nephews, and friends.
