He was predeceased by: his father William Walker; and his sister Brenda Prudhom Walker. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Kelley (Ashmore); his wife Evelyn (Hegge); his children, Sean (Colleen) of Darien and Heather Zielinski (Vince); his grandchildren, Milly, Zoe, Oona, Lexi Zielinski, Elena, Benjamin, Seth, Gabriel and Isla Walker; and his siblings, Pamela Wilding (Sam) and Dennis Walker (Diane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts will be used to open an education fund for his grandchildren.
