He is survived by: his wife Florentina Palacios; his children, Robert Luis Cruz Jr. and Norma Ibarra (Julian); and his grandchildren, Veronica Delgado (Oscar), Alma Gonzalez, Hector F Gonzalez, Jr. (LaDondra), Tiffany Cruz, Brittany Albert (Tricia), Humberto Colunga (Vanessa), Elva Cruz and Ricky Colunga. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
