He was predeceased by: his father Marvin; and his sister Joanne. He is survived by: his parent Schommer Perkins; his spouse Janet Kay Maas; his siblings, Gary, Mark, Dan, Bob, Mary Fred (Wild), Rich and Brian; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey Schommer, Adriane, Alena, Alivia, Adelyn Beisbier, Dallas and Hunter Smith; and also Marilyn Perkins.
