He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Johnson and Judy Johnson; and his brother Chopper. He is survived by: his significant other Bea; his daughters, Ali (Billy) and Annabel; his grandsons, Emmitt and Miles; and his sisters, Debbie LaChapelle, Suzi Johnson and Sandy Aultman (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
