He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Cook and Lorraine Cook; and his brothers, John and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ailport; his children, Rick Cook (Amy), Ron Cook (Jeanne) and Shelly Nutzmann (Jamie); his grandchildren, Brandon Cook (Beth), Megan Fitzer (Trent), Emily Cook (Bryon VanDyke), Cassie Cook (Ben Johnson), Morgan Cook, Alex Nutzmann and Allison Nutzmann; and his siblings, Donna Skramstad-King, Ted Cook (Sue), Gary Cook (Jean), Jan Dubois (Larry), Val Severson and Terri Hecht (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
