She is survived by: her husband Wayne Staples; her children, Scotty Staples, Jerry Staples (Cheryl) and Dawn Staples (Larry Steltz); her brother David Israels (Charlotte); her grandchildren, Amanda, Alan, Brad, Jamie, Darrell and Teddy; and her great grandchildren, Lanie, Lucas, Dawson, Shaylea, Dylan and Jayce. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
