He is survived by: his wife Joan Lewis; his sons, John Lewis (Kristi) and Daniel Lewis (Jill); his grandchildren, Emma, Nathan, Dane and Samuel; his siblings, Mike Lewis (Jo), David Lewis (Carol) and Mary Jo Baker (Brad); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Hartung (Marge), Richard Hartung (Kris), Ralph Robole, Ray Asher and Lorraine Hartung. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
