He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Elmer and Marilyn Elmer. He is survived by: his close friends, Joanie Hahr, Gunner Spears, Jenn Brown and Joe Hunter; his stepmother Marion Elmer; his aunt Viola Haugerud; and his sisters, Sharon Kutzke (Harry), Vickie Thorson (Ray) and LeAnn Williamson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
